Reach International Recruitment & Immigration Inc. is a Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia based company established in June 2006 by Founder and CEO Ms. Daria Coneghan who sought to combine her entrepreneurial appetite with her love of learning about different cultures and helping people.
Ms. Coneghan is a member of CICC, holds a Saskatchewan Immigration and Recruitment license, and is a Nova Scotia Licensed Recruiter. She is also an Agent for the University of Regina and other schools across Canada and the US.

I am originally from Bangkok, Thailand, and relocated to Edmonton, Alberta in 2015.
I have an undergraduate degree in social work, and an Executive MBA from Thailand. I also have a certificate in international business from San Francisco, USA.
Prior to arriving in Canada:
- I worked as a marketing assistant in San Francisco for a global adult education service provider.
- I spent nearly 10 years in the Thai real estate industry as a negotiator and senior manager.
After arriving in Canada:
- I served as a volunteer for a number of organizations before gaining employment in a national not for profit.
I speak fluent Thai and English.
Mrs. Naw Tha Play
I am Mrs. Naw Tha Play Paw from Myanmar (Burma). I came to Regina, Saskatchewan, in 2015. Recently, I am a third-year social work student at the University of Regina. I have a certificate in photojournalism training from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and a certificate in the Newsroom Internship Training from Thailand.
Before coming to Canada, I worked as a media development specialist for World Education in Thailand and a freelance interpreter and translator for Democratic Voice of Burma (DVB) in Myanmar.
After arriving in Canada, I participated as a volunteer with different organizations, including the Regina Open Door Society, the Regina Foodbank, the Wascana Rehabilitation Center, and the Ambassador at the University of Regina.

Experience: 10 years of international experience in the Middle East, North Africa, and Indian Ocean region spanning across the hospitality, retail, shipping and banking sectors with a core focus on Human Resources Operations, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition.
– Some major projects I have taken part in include three hotel pre-openings for 4 and 5 star properties with 150-200 keys, and additionally a major hospitality project at the World EXPO in Dubai.

Before coming to Canada i worked at The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida as an administrative assistant with a full approach to client service and guest satisfaction. After that, i started working at the Canadian Embassy in Mexico City as an Immigration Program Assistant for the IRCC where i gained a total of 6 years of experience and knowledge in several immigration programs and regulations.
I have also participated in immigration conferences and educational fairs as a representative from the Canadian Embassy in order to respond and guide people who are interested in Moving to Canada under different programs.

I am originally from Vietnam where I received my education at the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City.
I have worked as an accountant for nearly 10 years at the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City.
