Quebec Skilled Worker Program is for skilled workers who have sufficient knowledge of French and would like to work in Quebec.

Minimum Requirements
To be qualified, you must:

Meet the required language levels for each of the language ability or skill (Single applicants need to accumulate 43/99 points, Applicants with a common-law partner need to accumulate 52/116 points:

• Show you understand Quebec Value, this can be done by passing Quebec Value Test.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Education and training (max of 20 points for both, at least 2 points for education).
• Work Experience (max of 8 points).
• Age (max of 16 points).
• Language Proficiency (French max of 16, English max of 6)
• Stay and Family in Quebec (max of 8 points)
• Valid job offer (max of 14 points)

The points Below are not applicable to single applicants

• Spouse/partner education, training, age, and French (max of 17 points)
• Accompany Children (max of 8 points)
• Financial situation (max of 1 point)
